HLB Jackson Fox is in a joint venture with Baker Homyard ( A separate local firm), operating Offshore Professional Accounting Limited (OPAL).
OPAL was formed in February 2002 and provides outsourcing services to local businesses.
The focus of the company is to provide qualified contract accountants to help solve accounting problems, such as clearing accounts backlogs, bookkeeping and assisting on project work.
